  1. Are you on the correct site?

    Does the url for this webpage contain the two-letter abbreviation for your state or territory? If not, you need to verify and re-enter the url for your Track-Kit system.


    Is your account disabled?

    If you have not logged into Track-Kit for 0 days or more, your account is automatically disabled, as per the policy of your state’s administrators.

    Contact your local Track-Kit administrator for account reactivation.


    If you cannot identify your local Track-Kit administrator, contact Track-Kit support by phone at 1.877.264.2968 or by email at track-kit.support@invitahealth.com. 

    Track-Kit support personnel can tell you the name(s) of your Track-Kit administrators. Support personnel do not have authority to reactivate your account.


    If you are a survivor, enter your kit barcode in the username field to get a listing of contacts at either the medical facility and/or law enforcement agency.


    If you are from a medical facility, law enforcement, lab, prosecutor, etc., please enter your email address to receive an email for password reset.
